About Antti

I'm a curious explorer of life, passionate about creating a deeper connection to the deeper parts of my personality and soul, and inspired to help others in the same journey.

One of the key ingredients for a life that feels good and fulfilling for me has been to explore, become aware, and let go of the beliefs and patterns that I have unconsciously picked up when growing up and kept repeating in my adult life without realizing it. While those patterns have served their purpose at the time, letting them go has felt rewarding in unexpected ways as it has given me the freedom to make choices and live life more on my own terms.

I've studied information networks at Aalto University, Finland, and complemented my Master of Science degree in engineering with various studies of eastern philosophies and spiritual traditions. In western culture, science and spirituality are often portrayed as polar opposites contradicting each other, while I see both as endeavors trying to figure out what life ultimately is about.

Science excels in peer reviews and the repeatability of results and claims, coming up with theories that can be used for reliable predictions. Spiritual traditions offer wisdom that has explored the subjective mystical experiences for centuries and come up with practices that can help individuals attain experiences of states that are only becoming to be mapped by science, but which can be hugely important for the meaningfulness and quality of one's life. I think it's wise to study maps produced by both traditions, as we are lucky to live in an era where both are easily available.

But where to start, or where to go next? On my own journey, I rely mostly on my intuition when choosing the maps to study. But especially in the early days, when intuition wasn't a familiar concept to me, several courses and coaches have been extremely valuable guides on my path.

If my worldview resonates with you, perhaps I can offer you some help or guidance in figuring out the next steps on your personal path. Feel free to reach out for a free chat to see if it could make sense to work together.

More details on studies and background

I started studies in the Information Networks study program at the Helsinki University of Technology, which transformed into Aalto University in the year 2010 when I graduated. In addition, I've done one year of studies in Cognitive Science at the University of Helsinki.

I've done my first coaching certification course in 2013 with World Coaching Organization and extended to tantric life coaching with Shanti Limnell's Tantric Life Coach (TLC) certification in 2020. I've attended individual courses and retreats in the fields of meditation, tantra, emotional work, integral theory, yoga, shadow work, group therapy, nervous system regulation, etc.

I co-founded a software company Sharetribe in 2011, which works towards a fairer platform economy and has been pioneering the steward-ownership model in Finland. This part of my journey as an IT entrepreneur, growing the company from 2 to 24 people team and 2 million euro annual revenue has taught me a lot about entrepreneurship, finances, resilience, and finding ways to make things work on the material plane.

In addition to individual one-to-one coaching, I'm organizing courses both online and physically in Finland. The main online course in 2022 was The Life You Love and the main in-person event was the Wild Heart Transformation course (in Finnish). To be notified about upcoming events, you can subscribe to the Good Life Maps newsletter.

One of my strengths as a coach and workshop facilitator is the ability to hold space of unshakeable acceptance for various kinds of growth processes and emotional bursts. The safety provided has supported many people to reach new depths in their own processes and journeys.

While my coaching style is largely based on questions and supporting you to dig through the layers towards finding your own deeper answers, my background gives especially useful context for coaching clients interested in entrepreneurship, spirituality, or both.

If you at this point are wondering, what would I ask after you'd describe the situation in your life or a problem you're trying to solve, give it a try. You can book an introductory call with me free of charge.
